I kind of assumed you were already planning on making a book out of it, since it’s already so clearly and beautifully formulated. I echo the person who suggested an ebook.

I’m really appreciating the way you have been able to articulate specific practices and habits that support connection to God and spiritual health. So often it seems that the spiritual advice given to anxiety sufferers are admonitions to “be anxious about nothing” and “cast your cares upon Him.” Your words are clearly those of someone who understands the struggle intimately and I’m grateful that you are sharing them. This is tangible, helpful material that I’m finding useful personaly and am so glad to have on hand to recommend to people I love who share this struggle. Holding you and your work in prayer. xoxo

I have come back here at least three times now to read through the series and ponder what you’ve written. It’s been truly helpful to me as well, especially at this time in my life when I am so done with living in fear and long to be free and live in joy. A heartfelt thanks.

That’s why I wrote it–in the hope that it would help someone. (And I will keep the e-book idea on the back burner to ponder once this series is over.)
